Truly enjoyed our stay. The restaurant here was very nice with its choice and how reasonable the prices were, we both ordered fresh dishes.

It was clean, and in the bathroom there were two large, refillable, shampoo and soap bottles anchored to the wall instead of small ones. Even if it is only for your own savings I applaud pk so there is less plastic and less waste.
worst thing of all was the management of the free transport to the airport announced on its website. I took the hotel for that and almost missed the plane. I went to ask the reception 3 times about what time I had to be there, they told me that the bus leaves every 15 minutes. I went at 7:45 in case the first one was full as they told me. At 8:15 no bus had passed yet, outside I was joined by a lot of people, 7:45 and 8:00. I went in to ask and they told me that the bus had 20 seats but when I arrived at 8:20 there were only 14 people inside. Outside there were about 20 or so of us and we were all trying to get on the plane... total disaster. Even the driver told us that we had to put in a claim pk what they do with them the hotels is untenable. It's 109 euros for one night in a room that in my opinion should cost 70 euros at the most. Next to the door of the room on the inside there was a crack in the cement that you could almost see outside through it. temperature of the AC was 23 degrees by default and it was cold k peeling. only option was to turn it off and then set the room at 37 degrees. building itself is quite ugly, as well as the views (to the parking lot) so the price is very exaggerated. I won't repeat for sure.

Staff were efficient and competent at any hour!!
Our standard room was equipped with a terrace and a bottle of water to drink, as example. A shower, a hairdryer and a bidet were available there. It offered good service and decent food too.

Comfort of the room and breakfast
Opposite feelings to the arrival around 12 o'clock at night: Being a MeliaRewards Gold customer and having a preferential line for check-in, I proceed to wait in the same; just in front another couple came in and went to the counter where another person was being attended to, being attended to before; when I showed my complaint I was told that at that time only one person was attending and that the computer I had open was the one that did not correspond to the preferential line; The fact is that at no time was I told to go through that other line nor was I attended with preference; the receptionist at that time proceeded to look for excuses that I finally declined and, nevertheless, his treatment was correct and pleasant at all times. On the other hand, a colleague of his who was "walking around", one does not know well if she was a receptionist or not since at no time did she make a pretense of attending to those of us who were waiting, took the phone, a call from a room, and her response to the client was not at all clear or pleasant; The client went down to the reception area (he must have wanted to buy something from the vending machines) and this "receptionist" addressed him in a rather unpleasant tone as if she were insisting on what she had told him on the phone; even if this is true, it is not the right attitude towards a client, which leads me to think that the treatment to be received depends on the luck and mood of the person who attends you.

Loved my time here. Had really great stay by two nights. Had standard room with a terrace and wake-up service was available in it. Wonderful location and overall the staff was pleasant and exceptional. Plus the hotel was near bars and restaurants.

At the reception, the man who attended to me was very kind. He also explained to me the possibility of a bus to the airport, parking, as well as recommendations of restaurants (I wanted to know the surroundings and leave the hotel). I went to the Okela, Basque, in Avda Logrono 126, cosy, with a terrace like a stove, very warm. I was attended by two waiters and attentive to everything and at a good pace, good sirloin. As for the hotel Tryp phenomenal, very close to the airport, very cool design, air-conditioned room very cozy, clean and fragrant. I took parking to return from Paris and have the car ready to return to Valencia and perfect. The bus picked us up in Barajas without any problem after calling the reception (and it was past 19.30, due to a delayed flight!).
The only detail is to try to specify the bus schedule on a sheet of paper. It takes little time to go to T2 for example, about 5-10 minutes but it is better to know the specific time because when you have to take a flight the rush is not good and it is necessary to know it. On Friday I didn't know the time (yes the time aprox.) but on Saturday I did (it was 7.30-7.45 bus aprox.).

The room was very clean, a few comfortable litters, well decorated, spacious and was very well temperature . Although I had problems with the first room they gave me, they were kind enough to offer me other possibilities. . They have a free service to the airport that is very good for you.
Everything was industrial bakery, even the bread. In that sense it was not worth paying for breakfast considering that there were cafeterias nearby that gave fresh products made on the spot and at a better price. I have been in hostels next to the royal palace or in the historical centre that charged me less than 90 euros and had fresh pastries, without preservatives and very varied and with better quality rooms. Additionally, room they gave me was a mezzanine with windows right at the entrance of the hotel so there was no privacy. I asked for a change of room, cost an additional 10 euros. They put me in a "premium" room on the 3rd floor which fortunately had quite a lot of distance between the hotel and closest buildings. Considering the marginal difference between the prices of one room and other versus the conditions of the rooms, it seemed to me that the value of the first room did not correspond. It should have been significantly cheaper. that by asking for privacy in my special requests I would have been offered another room and saved myself the trouble of getting there.

location near the airport
When I arrived at the airport I spoke to ask for the transportation service to the hotel and they gave me the directions. They told me that the gray and black minibus was not clear either in the instructions of where the exact location was to take the hotel bus and I arrived at midnight and it was very cold and I had to call them twice or I would never have found their transportation. The driver told me that he had no way of communicating with the driver and that was a lie because when I was already on their transport he communicated with the driver to ask him if he had already picked up the people from the airport (I know because the driver had a cell phone) so the transportation service from the hotel is not clear for the user should be sent a map or something of the stop because it is confusing for those who are going for the first time

We have stayed here many times, it is a very comfortable hotel to go to/from the airport, thanks to the free transfer 24 hours, and with a very good frequency of going, every half hour or every quarter of an hour. The cleaning is very good, good opaque curtains that cover the light very well, warm in winter and fresh in summer. The wifi works well, no problem, the staff is very friendly, and fast in the entry and exit, it is quite quiet but keep in mind that being a hotel many people leave very early and can cause noise, but at least outside is well soundproofed.
Some rooms are better than others, in one the curtains were broken in some hooks, the bathroom is a bit old-fashioned, but simply a matter of aesthetics, sometimes it is far above its value, it is good if you find a good offer.

Families will love this place!
The free shuttle service to and from the airport was a lifesaver for us. The staff treated my parents like royalty and were always ready to help.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but it felt worth it for the comfort and convenience.

This is the perfect hotel to stay in if you are leaving Madrid the next day. It was very comfortable, very reasonably priced, and the staff were all very friendly. They have a shuttle to the airport which was very convenient. The food in the lounge/snack bar was delicious.
